We are thrilled to announce a new service for our valued patients and the community: Chair Yoga! Dr. Wyly is excited to offer this fantastic addition to our office, enhancing the benefits of chiropractic care with the complementary practice of yoga.
Why Chair Yoga?
Chiropractic care and yoga go together like peanut butter and jelly—they're the perfect match! Both practices focus on enhancing your body's natural ability to heal, improve flexibility, and promote overall well-being. Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting, making it accessible to everyone, regardless of age or fitness level.
Meet Our Instructor
Leading the classes is Brittney Brannen, a certified yoga teacher with a passion for helping others achieve better health and wellness through yoga. Brittney brings her expertise and friendly demeanor to our office every Monday and Thursday morning until noon.
Special Offer for Active Patients
We're offering a special treat for our active patients: a free 15-minute chair yoga class every Thursday at 8:45 am. It's a great way to start your day, relax, and stretch those muscles. It gives you a chance to see for yourself the benefits of yoga.
Private Sessions Available
In addition to group classes, Brittney is available for private sessions tailored to your individual needs. Sessions can be scheduled for 30, 60, or 90 minutes. To help you get started, we have an introductory offer:
